How can I pay?
Extasia accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal payments. Your credit card will be billing when we begin to fufill your order. On domestic orders over $300, we pay your shipping charges.

Some international credit cards cannot be used.

When can I expect my jewelry?
All Extasia jewelry is custom made to order. We do our best to ship within 7 days of receipt of your order. Some orders may take up to two weeks to fufill.

Where's my order?
If you do not receive shipment confirmation from us within two weeks, please email retailsales@extasia.com for status of your order.

How can I contact Extasia?
You can contact us via e-mail: retailsales@extasia.com, or call (530) 292-9151 on Wednesdays 8:30 to 4:30 PST.

Will I get a receipt?
An invoice with a credit card receipt will be enclosed with your order.

How do I handle returns, exchanges, or damages?
Extasia will repair or exchange any merchandise that arrives to you damaged. Please email retailsales@extasia.com for a Return Authorization number (RA#) within 48 hours of receipt of your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry, you may return any item in unused condition within one week of receipt and we will refund your credit card.

How do you ship?
Unless you request otherwise, we automatically ship as noted below. To change the method of shipping, contact retailsales@extasia.com.

Domestic orders: Orders under $150 are mailed via first class uninsured. Orders over $150 are mailed first class insured.

International orders: International orders: Orders under $150 are sent via Priority Mail uninsured. Orders over $150 are sent as appropriate per country via insured mail. Orders over $500 to Europe must be shipped via UPS Express Saver insured and must be calculated. We will contact you with the amount for your approval. Orders over $800 will be shipped via UPS free of charge.

International shipping costs may not include duty, taxes, or import fees charged by the receiving country.

We reserve the right to refuse orders for countries that do not readily accept USPS or UPS shipments. This may include middle eastern, eastern European, and some African and Asian countries. You will be contacted by our sales department if your address falls into this category. At time of contact, you may supply us with an alternate ship to address/country.

Extasia is unable to ship to Russia, South Korea, or Italy at this time.
