How can I pay?
Extasia accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. On orders over $500, we charge your credit card a 25% deposit before we begin production on your order. On orders over $1000, we charge a 50% deposit. The balance with the cost of shipping is charged on the day we ship.
For credit cards issued by institutions in countries other than the United States, we require that the contact information on the back of the card be provided to us. If we are not able to validate the card, it may be refused as payment. If you receive such notice from Extasia, you will be given instructions for payment to our bank by wire transfer instead. If you have questions on this matter, please contact us.
When can I expect my jewelry?
All Extasia jewelry is custom made to order. We do our best to ship within
7 days of receipt of your order. If we are out of stock on any item we
will notify you via e-mail.
Where's my order?
If you do not receive shipment confirmation from UPS within 7 days, please
call Joanne at (530) 292-9151 for status on your order.

Will I get a receipt?
An invoice with a credit card receipt will be enclosed with your order.
How do I handle returns, exchanges, or damages?
Extasia will repair or exchange any merchandise that arrives to you damaged. Please call for a Return Authorization number (RA#) within 72 hours of receipt of your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry, you may return any item in unused condition within two weeks of receipt and we will refund your credit card.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if you do so within 24 hours of placing your order.
How do you ship?
Unless you request otherwise, we automatically ship as noted below. To change the method of shipping, contact Joanne at 530-292-9151 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Domestic orders: Orders under $150 are mailed via first class uninsured. Orders over $150 can be sent either first class insured or UPS (ground or second day). You can choose on your order form.
International orders: Orders under $125 are mailed via Priority uninsured. Orders over $125 are sent as appropriate per country via insured mail. Orders over $500 to Europe must be shipped via UPS Express Saver insured and must be calculated (contact Joanne for price, if needed).
Extasia will choose the least expensive insured method of shipping in the event a customer's country does not allow the above choices. International shipping costs may not include duty, taxes, or import fees charged by the receiving country.
Extasia reserves the right to pass on the cost of delivery for extra weight, merchandise value insured, and fuel surcharges.
We reserve the right to refuse orders for countries that do not readily accept USPS or UPS shipments. This may include middle eastern, eastern European, and some African and Asian countries. You will be contacted by Joanne from our Web Sales department if your address falls into this category. You may at time of contact supply us with an alternate ship to address/country
