Extasia will repair or exchange any merchandise that you receive damaged. Please email retailsales@extasia.com within 48 hours of receipt of your order for a Return Authorization number (RA#). If you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry, you may return any new merchandise within one week of receipt by contacting us for an RA#. When your return arrives to us, we will refund your credit card for the cost of the merchandise only. We do not accept returned merchandise without an RA# or after the time periods noted above, or that is not in like-new condition.
